Shipping policy

We have flat rate shipping based on 3 zones ranging from $10-$16 depending on location within the continental United States. All orders over $99 ship free Economy. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, and you will also be able to track that order.  We process orders typically between 2-5 business days after the order has been placed.  Shipping cost for return items is the responsibility of the customer. We are sorry, but we do not ship internationally, or to Hawaii or Alaska.

**Dandy Home and Ranch is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone (928)302-2120 so that we can help you.
