Refund policy
STANDARD RETURNS
Our customers mean the world to us, which means your satisfaction is our top priority. If you don’t absolutely love what you order from us, then we want to make it right. You can return most items to us within 10 days of delivery for a store credit. Our return policy covers returns of most products in new, unused condition, with tags still attached, up to 10 days after delivery. Items must be unworn and unused. We reserve the right to not offer refunds on items returned with obvious wear or use. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items: Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale. We also do not accept returns on holiday items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll fix it. If your product was damaged or broken during shipping just give us a call at 928-302-2120 during business hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. Please take photos of any packaging and/or items that were damaged during shipping to help us ensure you get your full refund. Items must be claimed by telephone within 10 days of delivery.
If you are shipping an item back to us that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES
Do you need a different size or color? We’d absolutely love to help! Contact our team and we’ll see if we have the item you’d like to exchange in stock, and we’ll walk you through the exchange process.
