Summertime is here in Yuma- what better way to kick it off than with a bright, vibrant lemon & blueberry croquette cake! In this cake class, you will work step by step on decorating your own personal round cake with Brooke and the rest of your classmates.
Using different icing tips, mediums, and techniques- you will learn tips and tricks that will leave you making show stopping cakes for years to come!

The decorating class will focus on:

• Making coquette bows
• Smooth ruffle patterns
• Clean piping work
• Crosshatching
• Color variation piping techniques
• Making coquette bows

We will be working with handmade white chocolate decor, coquette bows, edible glitters, edible shimmers, acrylic cake charms, and edible pearl placements that will set your cakes apart from the rest. Beginner friendly and encouraged! 

*** All cakes in this class will be a fresh lemon blueberry cake, filled with blueberry buttercream filling & lemon cookie crumbles, and will be iced in a luscious hybrid buttercream frosting. 4" Cake serving 2-5 people******

About Brooke Elizabeth Bakes:

Brooke owns Brooke Elizabeth Bakes out of Somerton, AZ. She and her family moved to Yuma a little over a year ago after her husband deployed. She enjoys finding new local businesses to support, spending time with her family, and baking in her free time.

All workshops, unless specifically advertised as a kids class, are for ages 12 years and up. Our workshops are non-refundable. Once you have purchased your ticket, you are all set to show up! Your confirmation email upon purchasing is your receipt.

**Our shop doors will open 30 minutes prior to your class time. Feel free to come in and look around until our classroom doors open 5 minutes before your workshop begins .**

* Please note that photos and/or video are taken during our workshops and may be used on our social media platforms and website. If you do not wish to have your photo/video taken, please let one of our staff members know at the start of the workshop. Thank you.
